Wolfsong is privileged to represent Adam Wishart (author of One in Three: A Son's Journey into the History and Science of Cancer) and Jim Nally (author of the PC Donal Lynch series) and their forthcoming book Three Weeks in July, the extraordinary and definitive account of the 7/7 London bombings, publishing on the 20th anniversary of the attack. A true-crime investigation woven together with high-politics and seminal history, it intricately explores the untold accounts of the Met’s and Government’s response to 7/7, and their desperate attempts to prevent a possible second wave of attacks. Speaking to some of the key protagonists – including Tony Blair, Peter Clarke (Head of Anti-Terrorism at the Met), Ian Blair (then Met Police Commissioner), as well as victims and journalists whose accounts have helped chronicle the atrocity – it pieces together a never-before-told story that focuses first on the frenzy of the first hours after the attack, and the ensuing three weeks of police work, forensic investigations and political machinations that are still being felt to this day. As well as his work as an author, Adam is a multi-award-winning documentary maker and the director of the BBC One landmark documentary 9/11: Inside the President’s War Room, which earned Adam the Best Director prize at the Royal Television Society Awards, as well as two BAFTA nominations in 2022. A former Fleet Street reporter, Jim has written the screenplays for award-winning drama docs Breakout and Taking Fire. Most recently, Adam and Jim are the co-directors of the critically acclaimed BBC2 documentary series '7/7: The London Bombings', which aired in January 2025. Three Weeks in July will be published on June 19th. Harper Collins acquired world volume rights from Jo Cantello at Wolfsong Media.
