We're delighted to announce that following the rip-roaring success of Our Farm Next Door on More4 in October last year, series 1 of Amanda Owen's hit show is being repeated on Channel 4. This beautiful and warm-hearted series follows Amanda and her family as renovations get underway at their 200 year old derelict farmhouse, which as a grade II listed building comes with a significant number of restoration requirements and challenges. The unpredictable weather also doesn't help matters, but with a dedicated and talented team of builders, the transformation takes shape and Amanda discovers some fascinating insights into the social history of the house and the people who originally lived here two centuries ago. Following negotiations with Wolfsong, Simon & Schuster UK will publish a tenth anniversary edition of Walking the Nile by bestselling author and photographer Levison Wood on 19th December 2024. Upon its original publication, Walking the Nile swiftly became a Sunday Times Top 10 bestseller peaking at number 6, with the accompanying TV series airing on Channel 4 with around 2.8 million viewers tuning in for the opening episode. It went on to become the channel’s highest rating factual series of 2015 and subsequently aired in over one hundred territories globally, including on Animal Planet in the US, where the book was published by Grove Atlantic. The anniversary edition will include a brand-new introduction written by the author, in which he looks back on the events of the expedition, the impact it has had on his career and how life along the 4,250 mile route has changed over the past decade.

Amanda Owen's brand new More4 series Our Farm Next Door has got off to an incredible start, with the opening episode swiftly becoming the channel's highest rating launch of the year so far. The premiere attracted over 1 million viewers, with a 5.5% share which was more than three times the slot average and more than five times ahead of the primetime average. It ranked second in the slot across all multichannels, with only E4's Married at First Sight inching ahead. It also ranked as More4's second highest-rating show of the past two years, with only PopMaster TV surpassing it. Our Farm Next Door has received an enthusiastic response from Amanda's fans, sustaining its audience across the subsequent two episodes, with a further two still to air this season. We're thrilled for Amanda, Clive and their children, who have put their heart and soul into the renovation of Anty John's, a 200 year old derelict farmhouse in North Yorkshire. The property's social history is also proving popular with viewers, as they discover more about the original owners and the communities that once inhabited the area. We're delighted that Ash Bhardwaj was recently invited to deliver the prestigious Monday Night Lecture at the Royal Geographical Society as part of their annual Explore Festival. The large audience in the main auditorium were captivated by Ash's insights into the key motivations for wanderlust and how we can embark on our travels with a greater sense of purpose and consideration for the planet. For many people, travel sits alongside home ownership and marriage as a significant life goal, and we Brits spend more on holidays than we do on any other leisure activity. It seems strange, therefore, that we rarely reflect on our reasons for doing so.  Whether it’s an epic adventure or a ‘staycation’, award-winning author, journalist and broadcaster Ash explores how travel intersects with our entire lives and its powerful hold over us.

To better understand his own dog’s health and unique characteristics, Dr Paul Manktelow recently partnered with Wisdom Panel to share the fascinating benefits of their DNA testing, a process which has truly revolutionised how we understand our pets. Paul used Wisdom Panel's scientific technology to DNA test his own dog Rodney, revealing detailed insights into his breed composition, health risks and personality traits. By tapping into information from over 4.5 million dogs, Wisdom Panel can now predict 15 key behaviours that help us better care for our dogs, from separation anxiety to reverse sneezing and more. We're thrilled to announce a new ob-doc series from Leeds-based Wise Owl Films following ‘Yorkshire Shepherdess’ Amanda Owen and her family as they renovate a derelict farmhouse. Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids charts the Owens’ journey to breathe life back into a derelict neighbouring property they bought to plan for the family’s future. The series sees Amanda, Clive and their nine children work with a team of local tradespeople to slowly bring their ambitious vision for the farmhouse - known locally as Anty John’s - to life, tackling the changing seasons and challenging elements along the way, as well as getting to grips with the nature of restoring a listed property in a remote location. Cameras also follow Amanda as she digs deep into the farmhouse’s past and reveals the fascinating part its former owners played in local history. The series was commissioned by Channel 4 in a deal secured via Jo Cantello of Wolfsong Media, Amanda Owen's agent. TX dates to be announced soon. 

There was a fantastic turnout at Stanfords, Covent Garden on August 6th for the launch party of Rhiane Fatinikun's Finding Your Feet: The How-To Guide To Hiking and Adventuring. Around 70 people gathered to celebrate Rhiane's achievements, which as well as a debut book have also included an MBE this year for services to diversity and nature. Finding Your Feet is a fantastic toolkit for anyone wanting to enjoy all the benefits of the great outdoors, featuring Rhiane's motivations and hiking experience, as well as the inspirational stories of other women in the field and some essential hints and tips to help you on your own personal journey. Rhiane's book is available now and published by Conway, an imprint of Bloomsbury.

Dr. Paul Manktelow has recently embarked on a new partnership with SERESTO, helping to promote their Flea and Tick Control collars, which provide 7-8 months of clinically proven protection. Each month, Paul will be sharing his insights across social on the benefits of the collars, aided by his four-legged assistant Rodney, whilst also inspiring pet owners to go on adventures with their pets, without the need for worrying about fleas and ticks.  

For his recent shoot with BBC Gardeners' World Magazine, Errol Reuben Fernandes shared his insights on growing and caring for Peonies. As part of their ongoing online Grow Guide series on YouTube, Errol helps to identify the three different types of plants, explains the best growing conditions to help them flourish and shares guidance on the best techniques for propagating and pruning peonies.   

Levison Wood and Geraint Jones' remarkable account of Operation Pitting was published in paperback on August 1st 2024. Featuring personal testimony from military personnel on the ground, the decision makers in power and civilians who were attempting to leave the country, the book documents the mass evacuation of 15,000 British and Afghan nationals from Kabul following the resurgence of the Taliban. We're incredibly happy to welcome Victor to Wolfsong! As you may know, we sadly lost our beloved Irish Setter Hugo to cancer early this year and both the office and life in general hasn't been the same without him. Hugo can never be replaced, but we're thrilled his nephew Victor has found his forever home with us. He's already taking a great interest in Wolfsong manuscripts (in a not entirely helpful way!) and has made himself very comfortable on the office sofa. We're looking forward to many, many years of Victor sitting by our side and bringing joy to the team.

Project Giving Back (PGB) is a grant-giving scheme that has funded gardens for good causes at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show since 2022, providing the charity with a platform to raise awareness and engage with a wide audience. Each garden is then repurposed or relocated to a permanent home, in order to create a long-lasting legacy. PGB hosted celebrities and influencers at the CFS 2024, including Wolfsong’s very own Levison Wood and Errol Reuben Fernandes, who were interviewed by host and comedian Ellie Taylor, as part of the current PGB campaign. Levison and Errol shared their thoughts on the gardens themselves, the good causes involved (including the Freedom from Torture Garden and the WaterAid Garden), as well as the philanthropic ripple effect created by PGB. Wolfsong is absolutely delighted to raise a toast to our client Henry Jeffreys, whose book Vines in a Cold Climate has been crowned Drink Book of the Year at the Fortnum & Mason Food & Drinks Awards 2024. This is the third accolade Henry has won at the Awards over the past few years, with previous gongs for Drink Writer of the Year and also for Empire of Booze, which won Best Debut Drink Book. Following a busy period of events with Kendal Mountain Festival, Stanfords Bookshops and Huddersfield Literary Festival, all coinciding with the publication of his debut book, ‘Why We Travel: A Journey into Human Motivation’, we’re excited to announce that Ash Bhardwaj has a series of upcoming summer speaking engagements.   Starting in July, Ash will head to the stunning Gower Peninsula in Wales for the premiere trail running festival, Love Trails, on the 14th. Later in the month, on the 26th, he will take the stage at Latitude, one of the UK's most established music festivals. On August 23rd, Ash will support Chris Evans' Carfest, making an appearance on their Adventure Hub stage. We're delighted to announce that Dr. Paul Manktelow has joined the Wolfsong team. Paul is a renowned and respected veterinarian with over two decades of frontline experience in some of the UK's busiest veterinary hospitals, including his current role as the Director of Veterinary Services at Blue Cross. Paul is a trusted voice in the media and for the past four years he has been the resident veterinary expert and presenter on C4's Crufts coverage, as well as previous appearances as a co-presenter on ITV1's Goodwoof and guest spots on the likes of This Morning and Sky News. Paul is also the host of the popular pet lifestyle podcast, The Consult Room and regularly writes in the UK press, as well as collaborating on campaigns with leading pet brands. Paul is the proud guardian of his three-year-old Terrier, Rodney, who we are also looking forward to working with, as he often stars alongside Paul on his social media channels and branded content. Welcome to the fold, Paul and Rodney!  

Huge congratulations to Rhiane Fatinikun on receiving her MBE at Windsor Castle last week. It's such an incredible achievement and so wonderful to see Rhiane's work and the Black Girls Hike community recognised in this way. A day to remember.  

Darren Edwards was recently invited by LADBible to take part in their popular 'Minutes with...' series, which focusses on incredible people with an inspirational story to tell. In a frank and moving interview, Darren shares the experiences of the day that changed his life when he fell from a clifftop and was permanently paralysed from the chest down and how he has found the strength to overcome the challenges he has faced subsequently. The twenty minute clip has already been viewed more than 60,000 times in the first week since launch and is available now on the LADBible YouTube channel.  

Ruby and Lutfi Radwan, along with their extended family, were recently invited to appear in the ITV documentary Ramadan: A Journey Across Britain. Fronted by ITV News’ award-winning Political Correspondent, Shehab Khan, the film gives an insight into how British Muslims celebrate Ramadan, following a number of families across the UK and explaining some of the customs, history and importance to non-Muslim audiences.  Shehab visited Willowbrook Farm to discuss the challenges those undertaking Ramadan face during the holy month, especially when working on a very active farm. The programme will be broadcast on ITV1 at 10.45pm, April 10th.

With just three titles competing for the title, being nominated is a remarkable achievement in itself. The winner will be announced at a lavish awards dinner on May 2nd. Head of Horticulture, Errol Reuben Fernandes, loved showing the GQT team around and talking about developments in the museum's Sunken Garden and Micro Forest. The rain came down, but it didn't dampen anyone's spirits. You can tune in this Friday from 3p  m on R4 and iPlayer. 

We are delighted to announce that Henry Jeffreys' Vines in a Cold Climate has been shortlisted for the 2023 André Simon Food and Drink book awards, in the 45th year of the prestigious accolades. Henry's books is one of four drinks titles to make it on to the acclaimed list.   Nick Lander, chair of the Awards said: "This year's list is a true celebration of the diverse and compelling world of food and drink writing, transporting readers to culinary landscapes around the globe and showcasing both new and established writers. I have no doubt that these books will inspire and enthrall food and drink enthusiasts worldwide." This year's winners will be announced in April.    

Everybody who knows Jo will have heard lots and lots about her beloved Irish Setter, Hugo, who has been her constant companion for the past four years. Very sadly, Hugo passed away on February 2nd 2024 after a three month battle with kidney cancer. We are devastated, as not only was Hugo a loving, faithful friend, he was also our resident office dog. Hugo loved manuscript mornings, invading zoom calls, tea (treat) breaks and letting everyone know when it was time to stop working. Life and the Wolfsong office won't be the same without him.  

It's hard to fathom where the past 12 years have gone, but I'm exceptionally proud of everything the Wolfsong team have achieved and that we're now one of the leading independent talent and literary agencies in the UK. We've come a long way since those early days, with many bestseller books, landmark TV series, high profile theatre tours and global brand campaigns under our belts. We couldn't have done this without the commitment and expertise of the clients we represent and our colleagues behind the scenes, so a very happy birthday to everyone on the team and here's to many more adventures to come!

Renowned explorer, photographer and author Levison Wood has embarked on a new partnership with EYOS Expeditions for two major adventures in 2024. Lev will be joining the guests of Hanse Explorer, as it explores the White Continent and Papua New Guinea, discussing his experiences from the frontlines of Afghanistan to his photo-journalism assignments in the Congo and Nepal, and expeditions through testing environments, including the Nile, Himalayas and the Arabian Peninsula.   Tamsin Vaughan, Director, EYOS Charter & Business Development, says, “We are excited to offer clients the opportunity to have Levison Wood join their expedition. We are delighted to announce that Rhiane Fatinikun has been awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours List for services to Diversity and Nature. Rhiane set up Black Girls Hike five years ago in a bid to encourage and support Black women who felt excluded from the British countryside and to give them a safe space to reconnect with the great outdoors. Black Girls Hike is now the UK's leading female-led lifestyle and outdoor collective and we couldn't be more proud of the contribution Rhiane and BGH are making to the adventure community and beyond. 

In December 2024, Darren Edwards will be embarking on a daring expedition to the South Pole, attempting the longest sit-ski in Antarctic history. Covering a distance of 333 kilometres in just 20 days with temperatures likely to be -20, this is a gargantuan undertaking for Darren, who was permanently paralysed from the chest down as a result of a rock climbing accident in 2016. Darren will be aiming to raise over £300k for Wings for Life, a charity focussed on finding a cure for spinal injury. Having previously raised over £200k for mental health and spinal injury charities, we have every confidence Darren will achieve his ambitious goal. The expedition was announced on January 18th 2024 to huge media interest, with over 250 pieces of individual PR coverage secured by Tory Lyne-Pirkis of Neon Gloria PR. With training trips planned in Norway and Iceland, it's going to be a busy year. We'll be announcing further members of the team in the coming weeks. 

Pip Stewart has embarked on another family adventure campaign alongside Bailey of Bristol, this time to enjoy the Bath Christmas market and the Cotswold Farm Park. Pip and her young family are avid fans of travelling by motorhome, previously venturing to Northumberland and up to Norway on previous Bailey campaigns. Those adventures were in the summer months and they were keen to see how their family of four fared in the winter. It turns out it was the perfect way to travel. Throughout the stay, they experienced both frost and an absolute downpour, but remained toasty warm inside their trusty Bailey. Pip and her husband Charlie were able to get their adventure fix once again, whilst instilling their children with a sense of wanderlust

Rhiane and the Black Girls Hike team made a memorable appearance in this week's launch episode of 'The UK's National Parks with Caroline Quentin'. Each week, Caroline visits a number of NPs across the country and in this first show, she headed to Gummer's How in the Lake District, where she met a local group of women whose lives have been transformed by their experiences in nature since joining Black Girls Hike. It's a beautiful, moving meet-up and testament to Rhiane's achievements since setting up the organisation from a single hike in 2019. If you missed the programme, you can catch up now on Channel 4. The series airs on Monday nights, 9pm on More4. 

Leon McCarron is set to make his debut appearance on Discovery Channel US later this month, as a guest contributor across three episodes of Reza Pakravan's forthcoming series "Hidden Frontiers: Arabia." Throughout the season, Reza, along with his team of adventurous experts and scientists, traverses the rugged landscapes of Arabia, searching for clues of lost civilizations, including an unexplored canyon in Saudi Arabia and the formidable Zagros mountains of Iraqi Kurdistan in search of the endangered Persian leopard. Having lived in Iraq for over three years, Leon was the perfect companion and guide through the Zagros mountains - a partnership that went so well, Reza invited Leon back for another adventure. This time to accompany him on his incredible journey exploring the awe-inspiring desert kingdom surrounding NEOM - an experience that would challenge them in ways they hadn't expected, including a severe snow storm! Hidden Frontiers is a truly breathtaking series, which should hopefully reach UK shores before too long. We're delighted by the news that Amanda Owen's Farming Lives has been nominated for an RTS Yorkshire Centre Award in the Features category. Wise Owl Productions will go head to head with fellow Leeds-based indie Daisybeck Studios, who we've also previously worked with extensively on Springtime on the Farm. The winners will be announced on October 20th 2023.

October Films and Blackmane Media are currently in production on a three-part series for Channel 4 which sees explorer and writer Levison Wood track down some of the most iconic and endangered animals on the planet. Levison Wood: Walking with… follows Levison to Borneo to encounter Orangutans; to Namibia to track down the last remaining Desert Lions; and to East Greenland to get as close as possible to Polar Bears. Travelling into some of the most remote and physically challenging environments on Earth, Levison enters their worlds as the locals do, to get as up close and personal as possible. Learning more about the unique lives of the animals and their environment in the company of indigenous guides and naturalists, he gets a better understanding of how they are surviving, against worsening odds caused by the increasing threat of human activity and climate change. Needless to say, we can't wait to share Lev's latest series, which has been a long time in the making after the impact of Covid on international production. TX dates to be announced soon.

Following the resounding success of the hardback, which was shortlisted for the 2023 Edward Stanford Travel Book of the Year Award, Alex Bescoby's The Last Overland will be published in paperback on July 6th. Rhiane Fatinikun joined Michael Portillo in the latest episode of BBC Two's Great British Railway Journeys (Oldham to Wakefield), taking the Hope Valley Line to Edale in the Peak District. It was here in 2019 that Rhiane was inspired to take up hiking and came up with the idea for Black Girls Hike, a walking group and now a national charity encouraging black women to explore and embrace the great outdoors. Michael was thrilled Rhiane discovered her passion whilst admiring the countryside from the train window. You can watch their conversation and the programme in full on BBC iPlayer. 

We're delighted to announce that the hugely inspirational adventurer, author and motivational speaker Darren Edwards has joined the Wolfsong fold. Over the past few years Darren has been forging his path as one of the UK's leading disabled adventurers, after suffering a near-fatal climbing accident, which left him permanently paralysed from the chest down. Refusing to let his life be defined by his injury and medical prognosis, he battled back with determination, grit and resilience to achieve things many thought impossible for an individual with a high-level Spinal Cord Injury (SCI). Having read Darren's self-published memoir Strength Through Adversity and seen one of his inspirational talks, we knew we had to work with him and we're beyond excited that he said yes! Welcome to the team, Darren and we look forward to collaborating on many adventures in the years ahead. 

It was lovely to see Rhiane appearing on the red sofa at BBC Breakfast this week (May 24th), helping to promote Louise Minchin's new book 'Fearless: Adventures with Extraordinary Women'. Louise was keen to include Rhiane for her inspirational work as the founder of Black Girls Hike and opted to conduct the interview on a breathtaking walk through the Peak District. The book shines a light on the incredible endeavours of women across the globe, who push their limits, break down barriers and challenge stereotypes. 'Fearless' is available now via Amazon.

Crackit Productions knew exactly where to come when they were looking for contributors to their Channel 5 special 'When Camping Goes Horribly Wrong'. With several adventurers and explorers on our books, we were guaranteed to have some funny and frightening campfire stories to share. This episode features both Pip Stewart and Rhiane Fatinikun, airing on Sunday May 28th at 6.30pm. 

Rhiane recently teamed up with Historic England to celebrate the historic places that have personal significance to individuals across the UK. Rhiane chose Heaton Park as one of her favourite places, a landscaped 600 acre park and historic house close to our own hearts here at Wolfsong. The Missing Pieces Project invites you to share your pictures and stories of unique and memorable places on the National Heritage List for England (otherwise known as ‘the List’). Errol Reuben Fernandes was recently invited by Lavenham Jackets to roadtest their new Thornham gilet. Having practical, utilitarian clothing is a must whilst going about his work as a horticulture expert, so Errol was keen to collaborate, given the company's focus on using sustainable production processes and materials. John Hudson, the UK military's chief survival instructor, was recently invited by Frontier Developments to review their brand new survival game 'Stranded: Alien Dawn'. Drawing on his 20 years of expertise in this field, John analysed the authenticity of the game's scenarios and the type of survival skills and mental preparedness required for the lead characters to make it out alive. The launch video was published exclusively on NME, which enjoys close to 18 million monthly views, on April 20th 2023. You can watch John's assessment of the game here. Stranded: Alien Dawn will be released on Xbox and PlayStation on April 25th.

Levison Wood's much anticipated new non-fiction title 'Escape From Kabul' hits the bookstands on Thursday March 16th and we're delighted that Ash Bhardwaj has narrated the accompanying audiobook. Lev's book, which was co-written by fellow army veteran Geraint Jones, was recently serialised in an 8 page feature in the Sunday Times magazine and all 700 tickets to the forthcoming book launch at the RGS have been snapped up, so we're excited to see how the book is received upon publication. When the Owen family were invited to take part in the brand new Sky Kids series 'Pooch Mooch', it was a very easy decision to say yes! Each episode focusses on different children around the UK and their relationship with their four-legged friends and as you can see on their faces, Annas, Clemmy and Nancy had a wonderful time with their sheepdogs Kate and Nell. Kate sadly passed away just a couple of weeks after filming, so we're so very glad we have this lasting tribute to Amanda's beautiful working dog, who was her faithful friend and working partner for 13 years. John Hudson was recently invited by leading gaming network IGN to review the classic computer game The Forest, which focusses on a lone survivor of a plane crash and his bid to stay alive. As the UK military's chief survival instructor, John is supremely qualified to point out the do's and don'ts, as well as the realities of how to survive in extreme circumstances. This fun and factual analysis of the game proved very popular indeed with the IGN gaming community, many of whom were eager for John to make a return visit. After months of keeping our lips sealed, we're delighted to announce that 'Amanda Owen's Farming Lives' will launch on More4 on January 25th. Filmed in September and October 2022, the series explores the modern day challenges faced by farmers across the UK, something Amanda can very much relate to as a full-time sheep farmer herself. Over 700 people crammed into the Royal Geographical Society last week to celebrate the endeavour, with Channel 4, publishers Michael O'Mara and international distributors eOne all present, as well as the multiple sponsors who helped fund the expedition in 2019, including headline sponsor Singapore Tourism Board. There's been a wonderful outpouring of love and support for the project and we're looking forward to seeing how the book and TV series are received by the public over the coming weeks. Alex's debut book is now on sale in all good bookstores and all four episodes of the documentary series are available on All4. 

We've been keeping this one under wraps for a while, but we can finally shout it from the rooftops. Ash Bhardwaj and Levison Wood are coming to Discovery+ in India. Earlier this year, Ash and Lev headed back on the road and travelled to both India and Pakistan to explore the similarities, challenges and differences of two nations living alongside one another, which share a rich and complicated past. It's a fascinating series and one that's highly personal to Ash, due to his Indian heritage on his father's side of the family. To share the experience with one of his best friends (Ash and Lev met at university) makes it really rather special. Expedition Borderlands premieres on Discovery+ in India on September 8th and runs for four weeks. Be sure to watch this space for news about other regions.

It’s been a busy summer for Pip, as she continues her quest to champion everything the great outdoors has to offer, as well as promote family adventure through her travels. Over the past few months Pip’s worked alongside Fisherman’s Friend for their ‘Whatever The Day Throws At You’ campaign, as well as partnering with P&O Ferries and Baileys of Bristol, who supported her recent Scandinavian road trip across Denmark and Norway with husband Charlie and daughter Willow. 

Ruby and Lutfi Radwan, founders of Willowbrook Farm, recently joined Jimmy Doherty to discuss their commitment and passion for sustainable farming. They share recollections of their transition into farm life, building their home from materials from the land, their approach to farming, the challenges, and explain what halal really represents. The great outdoors is pivotal to Amanda’s life and work on the farm, so she was thrilled when Natural England got in touch with an opportunity to work on their Countryside Code campaign. The Code is essentially a guide to enjoying parks and waterways, coast and countryside in England and Wales. Through a refresh of the Code messaging, the aim was to ensure everybody is welcomed and encouraged to enjoy nature, whilst helping them do that in a way that protects and respects the natural environment, its visitors, and those who own and manage the land.

When the team behind The Family Money Show got in touch to discuss potential contributors to the series, we immediately knew who fit the bill. Author Alastair Humphreys recently published his book 'Ask An Adventurer', in which he shared his experiences and advice on how to live a life of adventure, whilst still paying the bills and securing those all-important funds to get away from it all. Among stories from his many outdoor escapades, Al chatted with host Gabby Logan about how he has become a self-confessed money geek after years of ignoring his finances and how he funded a four-year trip around the world with just £7,000. Michael O’Mara Books has acquired the remarkable story of filmmaker Alex Bescoby’s epic journey recreating the iconic First Overland expedition made in 1955, tying in with a major four-part documentary series airing on All 4 in the UK this autumn. Embarking on the "mother of all road trips" in 2019, Alex's book recounts his defining trip of a lifetime, investigating how the world has changed since the First Overland, and exploring themes of family ties, postcolonialism and the Land Rover religion. We're beyond thrilled and incredibly proud that Rhiane Fatinikun and Black Girls Hike are this year's recipients of the Royal Geographical Society's Geographical Award for their work enabling and empowering Black women and girls to connect with and enjoy being in the outdoors. “Black Girls Hike are honoured that our work to create a more inclusive outdoors has been recognised in this way," said Rhiane Fatinikun as the award was announced. Channel 4's The Great Garden Revolution returns this summer, with Errol Reuben Fernandes, head of horticulture at the Horniman Museum and Gardens, making his co-presenting debut alongside designer Joel Bird and craftsman Bruce Kenneth. Together, the trio will use their expertise to transform under-utilised garden spaces, giving viewers a variety of tips, tricks and ideas they can immediately put into action. Errol Reuben Fernandes commented: “I am really looking forward to joining the team and being a part of this series. I hope to be able to engage and inspire through my own passion for plants and gardening, as well as champion ecological and sustainable gardening practices that support wildlife and are environmentally friendly. I want to demonstrate that we can garden with this approach and still create spaces that are, immersive, stimulating and beautiful for us too.” The 4 x 60' series is produced by Rumpus Media for Channel 4. 

We're thrilled to announce that Errol Reuben Fernandes, Head of Horticulture at the Horniman Museum & Gardens has joined the Wolfsong fold. Before joining the Horniman, Errol was the Senior Gardener for the 112-acre Kenwood House and prior to that, he enjoyed a lengthy career as an artist and curator, working with the likes of the Tate, V&A, British Library and other organisations, including the prison service, to engage communities and marginalised groups in collaborative art projects. Working with communities and inspiring the next generation of horticulturalists remains an incredibly important part of Errol’s work. The final dates have been announced for Levison Wood's forthcoming theatre tour this autumn. In 'The Art of Exploration', Lev will be talking about his expeditions over the past ten years, how to become an explorer and what the reality is behind the scenes. In March 2022, Ash Bhardwaj was invited to be a guest panelist on Sky News' The Great Debate. As the war in Ukraine reached its 26th day of fighting and remained under fierce attack from Russia, Trevor Phillips posed the week's big question to the public and a panel of experts, including Ash, Cindy Yu, Tim Marshall and Rose Gottemoeller: 'How is Vladimir Putin’s war changing the world?' 

Ash Bhardwaj was recently invited to take part in the latest edition of 'When Luxury Holidays Go Horribly Wrong'. In this 90 minute special, holiday makers shared their real life travel disasters, with experts offering their travel insights and expertise as each drama unfolded. The show aired in March '22 and was produced by Crackit Productions for Channel 5. 

We're delighted that Lutfi and Ruby Radwan of Willowbrook Farm will be appearing in the latest series of Ben Fogle's New Lives in the Wild on Channel 5. Over the past 20 years, Lutfi and Ruby have transformed a vacant plot of land into a thriving, multi-generational farm, with responsible stewardship and sustainability at its heart. As first generation farmers, it's been a steep learning curve, but one that should inspire us all. As the family attest, "It is only by taking responsibility together that we can hope to make a positive change." BBC Four recently invited viewers to accompany them on a gentle walk, as four familiar faces explored northern landscapes in this quiet and contemplative series. We were delighted when Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen was invited to contribute and to embark on a walk through Wensleydale and Raydale, not far from her home turf of Ravenseat, but an area she hadn't yet explored. The series launched on Monday November 29th with Amanda's half hour film, which received high praise from viewers and TV reviewers alike. "Owen was perfect company for this stress-busting 30-minute ramble...Her understated enthusiasm had an infectious quality," said Ed Power in The i. Female media brand Freeda recently collaborated with Black Girls Hike on a campaign to coincide with the launch of the Adidas x Primaloft jacket, part of the sportswear brand's sustainable range. The one day shoot and resulting short film celebrated Black Girls Hike’s pioneering work in supporting black women to reclaim spaces in nature, generating a sense of sisterhood and offering the time to reflect and enjoy the great outdoors in a safe environment. 

After the success of this summer's Honda Family Adventure, Pip Stewart joined forces with the automobile brand again for a ‘Real World Review’ of the new Honda HR-V. This gave Pip the chance to be one of the first to test drive the vehicle, put it through its paces in her daily life and share her thoughts and experiences with her followers. The launch of the HR-V expands Honda's electrified line-up as the brand moves further towards its goal of electrifying all of its European mainstream models by 2022.

After many months of travel restrictions, it's exciting to see Levison Wood spreading his wings and exploring the world once again. Lev has been discovering the incredible sights and experiences of AlUla, Saudi Arabia, for a forthcoming campaign with Experience AlUla, which includes a fascinating exhibition of historic artefacts and photography relating to the region, which will go on display at the Royal Geographical Society from October 29th, 2021. Lev will also be sharing his experiences, along with photography and video footage of his travels, throughout the campaign and at a special event to be announced soon.   

The Owens returned to our screens for a new 7 x 60' series on Tuesday October 5th with an opening audience of over 2 million on the night (11% share) and consolidated figures of close to 3m over the course of the ensuing week. The overnight audience increased to over 2.2m in its second week, with consolidated figures set to once again increase to over 3m. The series launched with a special lockdown episode filmed entirely by the Owen family.
