Amanda Owen's brand new More4 series Our Farm Next Door has got off to an incredible start, with the opening episode swiftly becoming the channel's highest rating launch of the year so far. The premiere attracted over 1 million viewers, with a 5.5% share which was more than three times the slot average and more than five times ahead of the primetime average. It ranked second in the slot across all multichannels, with only E4's Married at First Sight inching ahead. It also ranked as More4's second highest-rating show of the past two years, with only PopMaster TV surpassing it. Our Farm Next Door has received an enthusiastic response from Amanda's fans, sustaining its audience across the subsequent two episodes, with a further two still to air this season. We're thrilled for Amanda, Clive and their children, who have put their heart and soul into the renovation of Anty John's, a 200 year old derelict farmhouse in North Yorkshire. The property's social history is also proving popular with viewers, as they discover more about the original owners and the communities that once inhabited the area. Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive & Kids airs Mondays at 9pm on More4 and you can also catch up on the episodes to date on the Channel 4 Streamer.
Our Farm Next Door repeated on Channel 4
After another successful run on More4, the second series of Our Farm Next Door is currently enjoying a repeat screening on Channel 4. Following the lives of the Owen Family as they restore a 200-year-old derelict farmhouse to provide a long-term future home for their children, the series has been a huge hit with More4 viewers and has become the channel's highest rating show of the past 18 months. Our Farm Next Door has also recently been shortlisted for best documentary series at the RTS Yorkshire Awards, so we'll be keeping everything crossed for success in October.
